DELETE ScoreBoard.res in tf/resource/ui
and RENAME ScoreBoard_pub.res TO ScoreBoard.res
If you want to have player pic like in default hud
DELETE HudPlayerClass.res in tf/resource/ui
and RENAME HudPlayerClass_pub.res TO HudPlayerClass.res
If you want to have healthcross like in default hud
DELETE HudPlayerHealth.res in tf/resource/ui
and RENAME HudPlayerHealth_old.res TO HudPlayerHealth.res
